Company Overview:

A reputable construction company operating as a main contractor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its project team. The firm specializes in large-scale high-rise and building developments within the UAE market.

Job Description:

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of construction works independently, from cost control to final accounts, specifically for high-rise building projects.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate BOQs and perform quantity take-off techniques.
• Manage cost control, variations, interim payments, and final accounts.
• Apply FIDIC contract conditions to ensure project commercial compliance.
• Evaluate and finalize subcontractor accounts and coordinate with site teams.
• Ensure all financial aspects of the project meet strict delivery timelines.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant UAE experience with a main contracting company.
• Strong hands-on experience in high-rise and building construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and technical quantity take-off software.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work independently.
