🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Elite Reception: Act as the primary ambassador for Burtville, welcoming esteemed guests, partners, and clients with warmth and professional discretion.
• Executive Liaison: Notify Directors and Department Heads of visitor arrivals and professionally escort guests to designated meeting spaces.
• Communication Management: Screen and forward incoming calls with a refined telephone etiquette, ensuring accurate information is conveyed via phone or email.
• Facility Coordination: Manage meeting room calendars, support conference call setups, and ensure that common spaces maintain a “showroom” level of tidiness.
• Logistics Support: Oversee incoming/outgoing mail, courier services, and executive deliveries with high attention to detail.
• Guest Comfort: Offer and prepare high-standard refreshments for visitors while assisting with any immediate concierge-style needs.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in reception or guest services within luxury hospitality, boutique real estate, or European-style corporate environments.
• Presentation: Impeccable professional appearance and grooming standards with a confident, well-presented personality.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; ability to interact with high-level executives and international partners.
• Organizational Skills: Mastery in multitasking, managing office calendars, and handling administrative logistics independently.
