Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our Abu Dhabi office. As the face of El Sewedy Industries, you will be responsible for creating a positive first impression for all visitors, clients, and partners. This role is essential for maintaining the professional atmosphere of our front office while providing vital support to our administrative and management teams. We are looking for a dedicated individual who can handle high-volume communications with grace, manage front-desk logistics with precision, and ensure that our daily office operations run seamlessly.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all visitors and business partners with warmth and professional courtesy.
  • Efficiently answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the correct internal departments.
  • Maintain a clean, highly organized, and professional reception area that reflects the company’s brand standards.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation for Management.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth office operations and meeting room bookings.
  • Liaise with Information Technology to ensure front-desk communication systems and office equipment are fully functional.
  • Support the Human Resources team by assisting with visitor logs, courier coordination, and basic onboarding documentation.
  • Ensure that all visitor security protocols and office safety procedures are strictly followed.

🔹 Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous professional experience in a receptionist or front-office role within the UAE is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
  • Strong multitasking abilities with the skill to manage a busy switchboard and walk-in inquiries simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, multicultural corporate environment.
