Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Welcome all visitors with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a high-standard first impression for the company.
- Communication Management: Efficiently answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails to the correct departments.
- Scheduling: Manage corporate calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting room bookings for the management team.
- Clerical Support: Provide essential administrative assistance, including drafting correspondence and maintaining office supplies.
- Record Governance: Maintain accurate visitor logs and handle documentation to support overall office coordination.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing administrative role.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
- Appearance: Must maintain a highly presentable and professional appearance at all times.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy, including hands-on experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Soft Skills: A friendly, proactive attitude with the ability to handle multitasking under a professional corporate structure.
