🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Welcome: Greet and welcome visitors in a polished, courteous manner, ensuring a high-standard first impression of the hospitality group.
• Front Desk Management: Efficiently manage daily operations, including a busy switchboard, professional email correspondence, and walk-in inquiries.
• Coordination: Manage the scheduling of internal appointments, corporate meetings, and the allocation of reception-area activities.
• Environment Standards: Maintain an immaculate, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
• Clerical Support: Provide essential administrative assistance to the leadership team, including document management and courier coordination.
• Experience Delivery: Act as a brand ambassador to ensure every client and visitor has a positive and seamless interaction with the organization.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Attitude: Passionate about hospitality with a guest-focused approach and a “service-first” mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to communicate effectively with high-profile guests.
• Attributes: Presentable, professional appearance with strong interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
• Organization: Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to handle front-office duties in a fast-paced environment.
