Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Client Hospitality: Greet and welcome clients and high-profile visitors with professional courtesy, reflecting the company’s standards.
- Communication Hub: Efficiently handle all incoming phone calls, professional emails, and general inquiries in both English and Russian.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage meeting room bookings, agent appointments, and director schedules.
- Administrative Support: Assist the sales and leasing teams with general office tasks, document filing, and data entry as required.
- Reception Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and waiting lounge remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Lead Routing: Accurately identify client needs and route inquiries to the appropriate department or real estate agent.
🔹 Requirements:
- Linguistic Mastery: Total fluency in both Russian and English is essential to serve our international client base.
- Industry Background: Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Receptionist specifically within a UAE real estate company (Mandatory).
- Professionalism: Exceptional personal grooming, a positive attitude, and a welcoming professional demeanor.
- Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and familiar with multi-line phone systems.
