🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Relations: Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using the clinic’s management software.
• Communication Hub: Handle multi-line phone calls, manage emails, and respond to general inquiries regarding services and insurance.
• Staff Coordination: Liaise effectively between patients, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure a smooth flow of clinic operations.
• Administrative Support: Maintain patient records, handle front-desk documentation, and ensure the reception area remains tidy and professional.
• Problem Solving: Address patient concerns or wait-time inquiries with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.

🔹 Requirements:

• Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Multilingualism is a plus).
