Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and well-organized Receptionist – HR & Admin to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can manage front-desk operations and assist with HR documentation for management and administrative review. You will act as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, ensuring smooth coordination of meeting schedules and internal calendars. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them to appropriate departments to meet management standards.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner in Dubai.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and Admin departments to coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and internal calendars.
- Maintain and organize office documentation, personnel records, and correspondence to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools for accurate data entry, basic reporting, and communication tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant academic discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in reception, administration, or hospitality within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of front-desk operations, multi-tasking, and schedule coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding corporate etiquette and administrative procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data-entry systems with a focus on operational excellence.
- Must be based in the United Arab Emirates and possess a professional demeanor with strong organizational abilities.
