Job Description / Role
๐น Key Responsibilities:
- Client Hospitality: Welcome pet parents and their animals with warmth, empathy, and professional care upon arrival.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Efficiently manage incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails to provide timely information.
- Scheduling: Coordinate complex appointment calendars for veterinary consultations, grooming, and specialized treatments.
- Financial Transactions: Handle front-desk billing, process payments, and manage insurance coordination where applicable.
- Operational Support: Support the clinical team by maintaining organized patient records and ensuring a smooth guest flow.
- Environment Management: Maintain a clean, calm, and organized reception area that is safe for all types of pets.
๐น Requirements:
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, solution-oriented mindset.
- Mindset: A genuine love for animals and comfort interacting with various pets (dogs, cats, etc.) and their owners.
- Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred; experience in veterinary, medical, or hospitality settings is a major plus.
- Multitasking: Proven ability to stay organized and perform accurately in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Attributes: High level of reliability, professional grooming, and a strong collaborative spirit.
- Education: Bachelorโs degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
