🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Execution: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and multi-stage screening to final technical interviews.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate directly with hiring managers and leadership to define precise candidate personas and skill requirements.
  • Pipeline Governance: Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure a professional, timely communication flow with all applicants.
  • Offer Management: Coordinate interview logistics, conduct reference checks, and manage the final offer and negotiation processes.
  • Data Analytics: Track critical recruitment metrics (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire) to support workforce planning and HR strategy.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of dedicated recruitment experience within the UAE.
  • Market Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the local labor market, hiring trends, and UAE Labour Law compliance.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Availability: Candidates available for immediate joining are highly preferred to meet urgent project needs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration is highly desirable.
