🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Cycle Staffing: Source, screen, and interview brand promoters, sales hosts, and event staff for varied marketing campaigns and exhibitions.
• Database Excellence: Build and maintain an active, high-quality database of reliable freelancers and promotional talent to ensure rapid deployment.
• Brand Alignment: Conduct rigorous screening to ensure all selected talent aligns with specific project requirements and brand aesthetics.
• Volume Management: Efficiently manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, ensuring all roadshows and retail activations are 100% staffed.
• Campaign Support: Coordinate with project managers to understand the specific “look and feel” required for diverse promotional projects.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for promoters, providing clear briefs on project expectations and logistical requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Specialized Experience: Proven track record in recruiting specifically for promotions, event staffing, or retail activations.
• Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage tight deadlines and high-volume recruitment cycles without compromising quality.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to judge personality, energy levels, and brand-fit during short-duration screening processes.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using social media sourcing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook groups) and ATS/Database management tools.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• Attributes: Proactive, commercially minded, and capable of working in a high-pressure, collaborative environment.
