Job Description:

The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage and drive SAP-related hiring initiatives across the MENA region. This role is focused on sourcing, engaging, and hiring top SAP professionals to meet the expanding needs of the UAE and Saudi Arabian markets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for SAP-focused roles across the MENA region.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber talent in the UAE and KSA markets.
• Build and maintain an extensive network of SAP professionals and industry experts.
• Utilize modern recruitment tools and AI-driven technologies to enhance hiring efficiency.
• Provide market intelligence and recruitment trends to support regional workforce planning.
• Coordinate with senior management to align talent acquisition with business objectives.

🔹 Requirements:

• 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience specifically in SAP-focused recruitment.
• Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of the KSA hiring landscape and regional recruitment trends.
• Proven ability to leverage an established regional talent network.
• High level of AI literacy and familiarity with modern hiring technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a professional Management environment.
