Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Rental Agent to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for a sales-driven professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment. You will be responsible for managing rental agreements, promoting our fleet services, and ensuring every client receives the premium service associated with the Al Habtoor Group brand.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily car rental inquiries and convert them into successful rental agreements.
• Provide detailed information to clients regarding vehicle features, rental terms, and insurance options.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries and providing personalized automotive solutions.
• Process rental documentation, payments, and vehicle handover procedures accurately.
• Promote additional services and upgrades to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the fleet team to ensure vehicle availability and cleanliness for clients.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback for the operations manager.

🔹 Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience specifically within the car rental industry.
• University Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Highly professional, presentable, and customer-oriented personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and rental Information Technology systems.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales in a competitive market.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
