🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Office Equipment Specialist: Expertly diagnose, service, and repair high-volume printers, copiers, and specialized plotters.
• IT Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware issues for laptops and desktop computer systems.
• Security Systems: Install, maintain, and repair CCTV systems, ensuring full operational integrity and connectivity.
• Fault Detection: Perform advanced fault-finding at the component level to provide cost-effective and durable repair solutions.
• Field & Workshop Operations: Manage a hybrid workload of on-site emergency service calls and in-house workshop repairs.
• Service Documentation: Maintain rigorous logs of all repair activities, spare parts used, and service completion reports.

• Technical Experience: Proven, hands-on background in hardware repair and technical troubleshooting across multiple categories.
• Diagnostic Prowess: Strong ability to read technical manuals and use diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures quickly.
