Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Reporting Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our business intelligence framework, requiring a professional who can analyze data trends and deliver actionable insights for management and strategic review. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of reporting outputs, automating processes to enhance efficiency, and tracking key performance indicators. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex data trends and deliver actionable insights to support management decision-making in Abu Dhabi.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, consistency, and reliability in all financial and operational reporting outputs.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and business departments to gather requirements and convert them into effective reports.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual work and monitor KPIs to identify risks or performance gaps.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for advanced data visualization and presentations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a relevant academic discipline.
- UAE National status is a mandatory requirement; completion of national service is essential.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in reporting or data analysis roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of business data, Excel automation, and KPI tracking.
- Professional background in education or training regarding analytical thinking and reporting tools.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is highly advantageous.
