Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Research & Development (R&D) Officer to join our team in Sharjah. This role is fundamental to our innovation framework, requiring a professional who can conduct research and develop food concepts for management and production review. You will be responsible for refining existing recipes, enhancing product texture, and maintaining proper documentation of trials. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Food Technology and a passion for product improvement. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and develop innovative food product concepts across our Sharjah production facilities.
  • Refine existing recipes and formulations to meet management quality and taste standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and quality assurance teams regarding product consistency, trials, and documentation.
  • Enhance overall product texture and market appeal while ensuring production process efficiency.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and lab software for accurate data recording and research analysis.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology or a relevant academic discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in food-related research and development within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of product trials, recipe formulations, and analytical documentation.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding food safety, innovation, and FMCG trends.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a creative and team-oriented environment.
