Job Description:
We are currently seeking a professional and customer-focused Reservation Agent to become part of our hospitality team in Production City, Dubai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many of our guests, playing a vital role in handling hotel reservations and booking inquiries. You will represent the brand with professionalism, providing clear information on room types, rates, and hotel amenities. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process hotel reservation requests accurately through various Information Technology platforms and booking channels.
- Respond to guest inquiries professionally via phone, email, and online reservation systems.
- Provide detailed and clear information regarding room availability, corporate rates, and hotel services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure all guest data and reservation details are correctly entered into the property management system.
- Coordinate effectively with the front office and management teams to ensure special guest requests are fulfilled.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding hospitality training and service standard certifications.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Assist in managing group bookings and coordinating with the events team for smooth check-in processes.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
- Preferably Arabic speaking; however, excellent verbal and written communication in English is mandatory.
- Prior experience in hotel reservations or a similar guest service role within the UAE is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with Opera or similar Property Management Systems (PMS) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail in data entry.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period is preferred.
