  • Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day restaurant activities to ensure seamless service delivery and high food quality standards.

  • Financial Oversight: Drive sales growth and monitor P&L performance, focusing on profitability and strategic growth.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in restaurant management, preferably within high-end cafes or casual dining.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to build, lead, and motivate teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of F&B operational workflows and service etiquette.
