Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day restaurant activities to ensure seamless service delivery and high food quality standards.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and train a diverse service team to maintain the brand’s signature hospitality standards.
- Financial Oversight: Drive sales growth and monitor P&L performance, focusing on profitability and strategic growth.
- Inventory & Cost Control: Oversee rigorous inventory management and implement effective waste reduction and cost control measures.
- Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives exceptional service, handling feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Compliance: Guarantee strict adherence to UAE food hygiene, safety, and local municipality regulatory standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in restaurant management, preferably within high-end cafes or casual dining.
- Leadership: Strong ability to build, lead, and motivate teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of F&B operational workflows and service etiquette.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to manage the complexities of new restaurant launches and expansion phases.
