Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Opening Leadership: Support the planning, setup, and execution of the restaurant’s launch and grand opening activities.
- Daily Operations: Oversee all front-of-house activities to ensure seamless service and operational flow.
- Guest Experience: Create and maintain a dining atmosphere rooted in authentic Emirati hospitality and service excellence.
- Team Development: Lead, train, and mentor the service team to meet fine-dining standards and brand expectations.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure 100% adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as internal quality audits.
- Financial Tracking: Assist in managing operational costs, inventory levels, and restaurant performance metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language: Must be a fluent Arabic speaker (both spoken and written).
- Experience: Proven leadership experience specifically within UAE fine-dining restaurant operations.
- Cultural Knowledge: Deep understanding of Emirati cuisine, traditions, and local customs.
- Leadership: Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced launch environment.
