Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team as Restaurant Manager and Beverage Manager. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant or beverage operations with a strict focus on guest satisfaction and service quality across our UAE locations.
  • Lead, train, and support team members to ensure high performance and discipline to meet management standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and back-of-house teams regarding staffing coordination and operational flow.
  • Monitor daily operations and uphold company standards without compromise, ensuring consistency in every guest interaction.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and POS systems for accurate inventory tracking and performance reporting.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management from a recognized academic institution.
  • Strong background in team leadership, operational management, and guest experience enhancement.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding F&B service standards, discipline, and consistency.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a deep commitment to maintaining professionalism within the workplace.
  • Prior experience in management within the UAE hospitality sector is a significant advantage.
