Restaurant Manager – Bluewaters, Dubai, UAE | Success Group

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across the restaurant, karaoke areas, and lounge to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house teams to maintain high service standards.
• Drive guest engagement and service excellence in a busy, late-night environment.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational workflows suitable for a high-energy, late-shift venue.
• Maintain quality control over food & beverage delivery and ensure licensing compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing and events teams to support promotions and special nights.

Ideal Profile:

• Demonstrable track record managing restaurants and nightlife or lounge venues.
• Strong leadership skills focused on team motivation and performance management.
• Excellent understanding of premium F&B operations and guest service best practices.
• Fluent in Russian; additional languages are an advantage.
• Professional, confident, and able to represent the venue.
