Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the service team to ensure exceptional guest experiences, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality in a fast-paced F&B environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain service quality.
• Ensure excellent guest experience and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and operational requirements.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Implement procedures to improve productivity and overall restaurant performance.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in Lebanese/Arabic cuisine or a similar F&B concept.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• UAE F&B experience is preferred.
