Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Full Spectrum Oversight: Manage the entire restaurant ecosystem, ensuring seamless coordination between the kitchen (BOH) and the dining room (FOH).
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team to consistently deliver world-class service and culinary standards.
- Financial Discipline: Monitor operational budgets, implement waste reduction strategies, and track key performance metrics (COGS, Labor Cost, RevPASH).
- Compliance & SOPs: Maintain 100% adherence to Dubai Municipality health and safety regulations, internal SOPs, and licensing requirements.
- Guest Experience: Resolve complex guest issues with professional diplomacy and implement feedback loops to improve the overall dining journey.
- Inventory Management: Oversee procurement and stock control to ensure material availability while maintaining lean inventory levels.
🔹 Requirements:
- Management Pedigree: Proven track record in a similar Operations Manager role, demonstrating mastery over both culinary and service teams.
- Market Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Dubai/UAE hospitality market, including local trends, guest expectations, and labor laws.
- Leadership Style: A proactive problem-solver with a “hands-on” approach to floor management and team motivation.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in POS systems, inventory management software, and financial reporting using MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to perform under high-pressure peak hours.
