Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile Retail Administrator & Sales Assistant to join our professional team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can bridge the gap between physical store operations and digital platforms for management and sales performance review. You will be responsible for assisting customers on the shop floor, managing product uploads on Shopify, and maintaining store presentation. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Service, E-commerce Management, and Visual Merchandising and a proactive approach to modern retail. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a personalized shopping experience on the shop floor to meet management and service quality benchmarks.
- Support retail integrity in Dubai, managing merchandising, styling, and attractive gift wrapping with 100% precision.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department and digital teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination between store and online operations.
- Manage customer inquiries across digital channels with professionalism and promptness.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools and Shopify to manage product listings, descriptions, and online store functionality.
🔹 Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Estimated).
- Proven professional experience in retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong background in management of administrative tasks and store coordination.
- Professional background in education regarding Shopify, Microsoft Excel, and digital customer service.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic Dubai retail environment.
