3. Merchandise Planning & Buying

• Inventory Optimization: Analyze sales data to plan inventory levels, manage markdowns, and ensure high-demand products are consistently in stock.
• Fashion Curation: Collaborate with teams to curate collections that resonate with the UAE’s diverse consumer base.

4. Sales Associates

• Customer Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador with an active, energetic personality to guide customers through their fashion journey.

🔹 Requirements:

• Sector Experience: Proven experience specifically within the retail fashion industry is mandatory.
• Location: Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred for immediate face-to-face evaluation.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional, guest-focused approach.
• Attributes: Passionate about fashion trends, energetic, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Retail, Fashion, or Business Administration.
