• Sales Acquisition: Actively engage with mall visitors to promote products and drive sales targets through effective communication.
• Guest Relations: Deliver high-standard customer service to build rapport and ensure repeat business at various kiosk locations.
• Operational Support: Handle daily retail operations, including opening/closing procedures and accurate reporting.
• Digital Proficiency: Utilize CRM systems and helpdesk/ticketing platforms to manage customer data and resolve inquiries.
• Mobility: Work flexibly across assigned branches in major Dubai malls to support brand visibility.
• Inventory Tracking: Maintain basic records using MS Excel to ensure stock levels are monitored and reported correctly.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven background in retail sales and high-traffic customer service environments.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook, and CRM software. Experience with ticketing platforms is highly valued.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage for the local market.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts and move between various mall locations as assigned.
• Visa Status: Priority will be given to candidates currently on tourist or cancelled visas for immediate joining.
