About the Role:

Phonebot UAE at BurJuman Mall is seeking an energetic professional for a hybrid role combining retail sales of refurbished tech (mobile phones, accessories, gadgets) with social media content creation. This position is key to boosting brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product inquiries, explaining mobile phone specifications, promotions, and repair services.
• Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately; manage daily inventory and update stock reports.
• Create short promotional videos and social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store display.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail or sales (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of mobile phones, accessories, and technology products.
• Social media content creation skills for short, engaging product videos (mandatory).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Tagalog is a plus.
• Flexible to work 6 days per week (9 hours/day), including weekends and holidays.
