• Store Manager: Take full ownership of store KPIs, staff leadership, and operational excellence to drive brand profitability.
• Sales Associate: Act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized styling or lifestyle advice to convert visitors into loyal customers.
• Visual Merchandiser: Design and implement captivating window and floor displays that align with global brand guidelines and local trends.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Deliver a world-class in-store experience by identifying customer needs and providing expert product knowledge.
• Brand Standards: Ensure the store environment—from stock levels to cleanliness—reflects the premium identity of Penti or Hooga.
• Inventory Management: Support stock replenishment, inventory audits, and efficient back-of-house organization.
• Sales Performance: Proactively work toward individual and store targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Visual Excellence: (For VM role) Execute seasonal floor sets and maintain visual standards to maximize footfall and product visibility.

🔹 Requirements:

• Experience: Proven hands-on experience in retail; specific experience in fashion or home/lifestyle brands is a significant advantage.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally with a diverse customer base.
• Mindset: A proactive, energetic, and result-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for the retail industry.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma preferred; equivalent professional retail experience will be considered.
• Location: Candidates must be based in or willing to work in Al Ain.
