Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management: Provide end-to-end sales administration support including processing orders, generating accurate quotations, and managing invoicing.
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product lead times, and delivery scheduling.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and resolve supply chain bottlenecks.
- Data Integrity: Maintain and update CRM and ERP systems, ensuring all sales records, pricing, and contract documentation are precise.
- Financial Support: Assist with payment follow-ups, credit notes, and ensuring pricing accuracy across all sales channels.
- Reporting: Generate periodic sales performance reports and inventory analysis to support management decision-making.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales administration or sales support role; FF&E or furniture industry experience is a strong advantage.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience working with CRM, ERP, and POS systems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills; ability to handle professional correspondence with luxury clientele.
- Attributes: High level of organizational skill, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
