Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Application Engineer specializing in cleaning and hygiene chemicals. This hybrid role is designed for a professional who can manage high-level B2B sales cycles while providing essential technical support regarding chemical dosing systems and product performance. You will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and ensuring that our chemical solutions are applied safely and effectively at client sites. The ideal candidate possesses a strong “can-do” attitude, localized market knowledge, and the technical confidence to advise clients on optimized hygiene protocols.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive aggressive B2B sales growth for cleaning, hygiene, and laundry chemical products across the UAE.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining long-term partnerships with existing key accounts.
- Provide technical guidance on chemical applications, ensuring correct product usage and optimal performance.
- Manage the installation and calibration of chemical dosing systems at customer facilities.
- Conduct professional product presentations and live demonstrations to showcase the efficiency of our hygiene solutions.
- Collaborate with the Management team to develop competitive pricing strategies and market analysis reports.
- Work closely with the Engineering and logistics departments to ensure timely equipment service and product delivery.
- Coordinate with Human Resources for safety training certifications and performance review milestones.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum 2–5 years of proven UAE experience in B2B sales of cleaning/hygiene chemicals.
- Practical hands-on knowledge of chemical dosing systems and industrial laundry solutions is a distinct advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and professional relationship-building skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical application issues on-site.
- A valid UAE driving license is highly preferred for client site visits.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the industrial sector.
