Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Coordinate and support daily sales activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of exhibition proposals.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal sales/design teams, ensuring clear communication of project requirements.
- Inquiry Management: Handle incoming customer inquiries, lead generation, and rigorous follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Documentation: Manage all sales-related documentation, including contracts, quotations, and client records, with high accuracy.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed sales performance reports and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department.
- Target Support: Proactively assist the sales team in meeting monthly targets and maintaining superior levels of client satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Prior experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations is mandatory.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic (both spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Industry Context: Previous experience in Event Management or the exhibition industry is a strong advantage.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability: Candidates must be available for immediate joining.
- Preference: Female candidates are preferred for this specific opening.
