Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to streamline our sales operations. You will act as a vital link between our customers, internal technical teams, and external suppliers. This role is perfect for a highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling complex documentation and regional client interactions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries promptly, prepare accurate quotations, and process orders through to completion.
• Coordinate effectively with technical, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records and prepare comprehensive sales performance reports for the Management team.
• Assist in the preparation of product documentation, sales presentations, and formal tender submissions.
• Support the execution of machinery exhibitions, product demonstrations, and onsite customer visits.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department for departmental coordination and reporting.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients across the GCC/MENA region to maintain strong business relationships.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Machinery, Equipment, or Jewellery industries.
• Female candidates with their own visa are preferred.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; hands-on experience with CRM or ERP software is a distinct advantage.
• Familiarity or exposure to the GCC and MENA market dynamics.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a high-pressure trade environment.
