• Sales Support: Assist the commercial team in preparing freight quotes, processing bookings, and managing client inquiries.
• Coordination: Act as a central point of contact between customers, shipping lines, and the operations team to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Documentation: Handle and verify essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Airway Bills, and commercial invoices.
• Client Relations: Maintain strong professional relationships with existing clients and provide regular updates on shipment status.
• Market Alignment: Support sales activities by researching market trends and identifying potential logistics leads.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, quotations, and closed deals for management review.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Must hold a Graduate degree or an equivalent academic qualification.
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are essential for interacting with global stakeholders.
