Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can identify new business opportunities and conduct detailed site surveys for management review. You will be responsible for preparing technical quotations, managing contractor relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Industrial Sales and a proactive approach to lead generation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the industrial and automatic doors sector across Dubai.
  • Conduct client visits, site surveys, and technical meetings with contractors and consultants to meet management standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and project departments regarding technical proposals, lead follow-ups, and sales target compliance.
  • Engage in proactive lead generation and market research to identify competitor activities and emerging trends.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for preparing accurate quotations and managing client communications.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline is highly preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional sales experience in industrial or automatic doors specifically within the UAE market.
  • Strong background in management of client relationships, technical surveys, and complex negotiation processes.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding automatic door specifications and UAE construction market players.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license to facilitate site visits and client meetings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven engineering environment.
