Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Solution-Based Selling: Identify and provide technical product solutions tailored to the specific needs of marine and automotive clients.
- Business Development: Actively seek new business opportunities to strengthen the company’s market share in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
- CRM Management: Utilize HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics to manage the sales pipeline, track customer engagement, and forecast growth.
- Technical Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and technical meetings with engineers, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent support and consultation.
- ERP Integration: Use ERP systems to manage orders, track stock availability, and ensure timely delivery of technical equipment.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Previous experience in the Marine or Automotive industry is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
- Software Proficiency: Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, and ERP systems.
- Sales Acumen: Solid understanding of end-to-end sales processes and professional customer engagement strategies.
- Joining: Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately.
- Attributes: Highly motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a collaborative sales team.
