Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to strengthen our cargo division in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a motivated professional who can actively drive revenue growth by promoting our diverse portfolio of freight and logistics services. You will be responsible for the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and market analysis to securing contracts and managing long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a proactive “hunter” who understands the intricacies of the UAE cargo market and can effectively coordinate between corporate clients and our internal operations teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s multimodal cargo and freight forwarding services to prospective and existing clients.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our air cargo and logistics market share.
- Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with Airlines, Shipping Lines, GSAs, GHAs, and corporate accounts.
- Prepare competitive and profitable quotations based on current market pricing structures.
- Follow up on inquiries and leads to ensure high conversion rates and the successful closing of sales.
- Coordinate closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Liaise with the Management team to align sales activities with the overall business development strategy.
- Maintain accurate sales records, performance reports, and client feedback documentation.
- Support the Human Resources department with market intelligence for team expansion and training needs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional diploma in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in cargo sales or freight forwarding specifically within the UAE market (Mandatory).
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
- Strong technical understanding of cargo services, freight products, and complex pricing structures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high performance levels under pressure.
- Proactive and target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
