Job Description:
Gava Erixmar Forwarding LLC is currently looking for a motivated and performance-driven Sales Executive to join its team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our market presence, requiring a professional who is passionate about logistics and can effectively present our service portfolio to a diverse client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing qualified leads, and building long-term partnerships within the freight forwarding sector. We are looking for a target-oriented individual who can negotiate service agreements and close deals to meet assigned growth objectives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the sales and logistics sector across the UAE.
- Generate qualified leads, arrange client meetings, and present comprehensive freight forwarding solutions.
- Negotiate pricing and service agreements to secure profitable long-term client partnerships.
- Close sales deals consistently to meet or exceed assigned revenue and volume targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, accurate quotations, and regular performance reports for management.
- Coordinate closely with internal operations and engineering logistics teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding professional development and performance evaluation metrics.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related academic discipline.
- Proven sales experience specifically within the logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills suited for a professional corporate environment.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently within a high-pressure management framework.
- High level of Information Technology literacy for managing CRM data and digital sales reports.
- Solid background in education or training related to international shipping and UAE customs procedures.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory; familiarity with the UAE market and a valid driving license is a strong advantage.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented sales environment.
