Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Hybrid Sales Management: Execute both field sales visits and inside sales activities (calls/emails) based on strategic business requirements.
- Client Presentations: Conduct professional meetings and presentations to showcase Kaizen AE’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and high-quality service.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and successfully close deals while ensuring a smooth handover to operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Prior sales experience within the UAE market is highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Mindset: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a competitive environment.
- Availability: Preference will be given to immediate joiners and candidates currently residing in the UAE.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant professional certificate.
