Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Representation: Promote and sell specialized F&B equipment solutions for three major brands to cafés, restaurants, and hospitality groups.
- Business Development: Actively identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads within assigned UAE territories.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with owners, managers, and head baristas.
- Sales Execution: Conduct regular onsite visits to present product features, perform demonstrations, and close sales opportunities.
- Target Achievement: Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through diligent follow-ups.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sale customer satisfaction.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience specifically within the UAE F&B industry.
- Sector Knowledge: Prior experience in coffee, specialty café, or coffee-shop environments is highly preferred.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for extensive field travel and client visits.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities are essential for success.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, energetic, and highly target-oriented with a proactive approach to market feedback.
