Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Cycle: Manage the full project-based sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to final deal closure and handover.
- Ecosystem Networking: Build and nurture strategic relationships with interior designers, MEP consultants, main contractors, and property developers.
- Site & Client Engagement: Conduct professional site visits, attend high-level client meetings, and deliver compelling technical presentations.
- Tender Management: Coordinate with the estimation team to prepare competitive proposals, pricing structures, and comprehensive tender submissions.
- Margin Protection: Negotiate and close deals while ensuring project profitability and protecting company margins.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on upcoming residential, commercial, and retail projects across the UAE to maintain a proactive sales pipeline.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Mandatory 3 to 5 years of interior fit-out sales experience specifically within the UAE market.
- Industry Connections: A strong, existing network within the UAE construction, design, and real estate development sectors.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid UAE driving license for frequent client meetings and site visits.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, relationship management, and communication abilities.
- Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of fit-out pricing, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and project-based sales dynamics.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or a relevant professional certification in Business, Architecture, or Engineering.
