Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our professional team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver market precision for management and revenue generation performance review. You will be responsible for promoting laboratory material testing services, identifying new business leads with contractors and consultants, and securing repeat business pipelines. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Client Relationship Management, Technical Presentations, and Commercial Negotiations and a proactive approach to industrial technical offerings. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business leads to meet management and annual revenue benchmarks.
  • Support corporate integrity in Ras Al Khaimah, preparing detailed proposals, presentations, and service quotations with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department and technical laboratory teams to facilitate professional organizational coordination of smooth service delivery.
  • Promote construction testing services to major regional contractors, engineering consultants, and developers.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools to follow up on client inquiries, manage pipeline databases, and monitor assigned sales targets.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or an engineering-related field preferred.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are required (Arabic language skills are optional).
  • Strong background in management of client portfolios, sales pipelines, and key commercial relationships.
  • Professional background in education regarding material testing services, proposal preparation, and technical closing strategies.
  • Must be currently inside the UAE and available for an immediate joining timeline.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, work independently to meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced Ras Al Khaimah sales ecosystem.
