🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and approach new corporate clients to expand the company’s recruitment portfolio.
  • Account Management: Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their hiring needs.
  • Solution Coordination: Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure candidates delivered meet specific client technical and cultural requirements.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Prepare professional sales proposals, conduct presentations, and lead negotiations to successfully close recruitment contracts.
  • Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records while consistently achieving monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on regional industry trends and competitor activities to refine business development strategies.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience within the Staffing and Recruitment industry.
  • International Candidates: Relevant home country experience in recruitment sales is highly valued and will be considered.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with a high degree of professional presence.
  • Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing sales leads via CRM platforms.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, HR, or a related field.
