🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with high-end clientele and VIPs, providing expert knowledge on luxury watches and jewellery.
  • Sales Performance: Drive and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive customer engagement and storytelling.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily boutique activities, ensuring inventory security, visual merchandising excellence, and premium service standards.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Represent the international brand with a professional appearance and a deep commitment to luxury service protocols.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client feedback, and inventory status for management review.
  • Team Leadership: (For Store Manager level) Mentor and lead boutique staff to deliver consistent, world-class guest experiences.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in luxury retail sales within the UAE market (specific experience in watches or jewellery is highly preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent command of English; strong interpersonal skills are mandatory to engage with a global clientele.
  • Availability: Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately or within 15 days.
