Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Deal Closure: Identify, engage, and close high-value real estate transactions with a focus on off-plan and secondary market projects.
- International Outreach: Lead sales initiatives targeting the French and Italian-speaking markets, providing expert investment advice to international clients.
- Developer Representation: Confidently represent Object 1 Development’s portfolio to individual investors, brokers, and family offices.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive lead management and networking.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage complex negotiations, ensuring client satisfaction while protecting the developer’s commercial interests.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of Dubai’s real estate trends, RERA regulations, and competitor movements to provide data-driven advice.
🔹 Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in French or Italian is mandatory.
- Industry Tenure: At least 2 years of hands-on experience working specifically with a real estate developer in Dubai.
- Sales Record: A proven history of exceeding sales quotas in the Dubai property sector.
- Professional Skills: Strong negotiation, high-stakes communication, and sophisticated client relationship management abilities.
- Availability: Immediate joiners who are already based in the UAE will be given strong preference.
- Education: Diploma or Degree with a specialized background in Real Estate Sales or Business Development.
