🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strategic sales pipeline for high-value armored vehicle solutions across regional and international markets.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and approach key stakeholders within government organizations, NGOs, and global security agencies.
  • System Management: Utilize HubSpot CRM for lead tracking and Odoo ERP for operational coordination and sales reporting.
  • Deal Execution: Lead the entire sales cycle independently—from initial prospecting and technical presentations to complex negotiations and closing.
  • Global Representation: Represent the company at international defense expos and participate in global business development travel.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Nurture high-level relationships with high-net-worth individuals and senior decision-makers in the defense sector.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales; background in the defense or automotive sectors is highly preferred.
  • Networking: A strong professional network with government bodies or NGOs is a significant competitive advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and a working knowledge of Odoo ERP systems.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Attributes: Results-driven “closer” mentality with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Mobility: Full flexibility and willingness for international travel to support global business activities.
