Sales Manager – GCC – UAE | Consumer Durables

About the Role:

We are actively seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager – GCC to join our team in the UAE. This is a senior sales management role requiring extensive experience in the consumer durable industry (e.g., mattresses, electronics, building materials) and proven leadership across the GCC region.

Key Requirements & Experience:

• Minimum 20 years of experience in the GCC market (mandatory).
• At least 10 years of experience leading and managing a sales force in the GCC (mandatory).
• Demonstrated success in managing Retail, Hospitality, and Dealer segments.
• Preferred experience in the GCC hospitality sector and management of company-operated retail showrooms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales and collection targets within the assigned GCC territory.
• Oversee operations of Company Showrooms, Dealer Networks, and Hospitality Clients.
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve outstanding performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while driving market growth.
