Job Description:
Sobha Realty is currently expanding its high-performing sales division and is seeking experienced Sales Managers with a strong track record in Dubai’s off-plan luxury real estate market. This role is fundamental to our continued expansion, requiring driven professionals who excel at building international networks and closing premium deals. You will be responsible for representing our prestigious portfolio of luxury developments, delivering exceptional client experiences to high-net-worth individuals and investors. We are looking for candidates with a target-driven mindset and an extensive broker network already established within the UAE. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales of off-plan luxury properties and achieve assigned monthly revenue targets.
- Leverage and proactively expand an established broker and global investor network.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients (HNWI) and institutional investors.
- Deliver a premium, end-to-end client experience throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to localized market growth strategies.
- Provide expert market insights and technical property investment guidance to prospective buyers.
- Coordinate with management to maintain accurate sales records and pipeline forecasts.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding team performance and commission documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-value off-plan real estate transactions in Dubai.
- A strong, existing professional broker network within the UAE property market.
- Proficiency in at least one of the following languages: German, Russian, Persian, French, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, or Hindi.
- Target-driven mindset with a consistent history of performance achievement in luxury sales.
- Exceptional communication and high-stakes negotiation skills.
- High level of IT literacy to manage CRM data and digital sales presentations.
