Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow the sales of various disposable food packaging products across the UAE.
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify new business opportunities and untapped customer segments within the food service industry.
- Channel Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key commercial accounts.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing negotiations, contract finalization, and consistently meeting revenue targets.
- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with production and logistics departments to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely client deliveries.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, including eco-friendly material shifts, to provide feedback for product development.
🔹 Requirements:
- Industry Expertise: Minimum 5–7 years of mandatory experience specifically in the disposable food packaging manufacturing industry.
- Sales Record: Proven track record of achieving sales growth and managing distributor networks within the UAE market.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of disposable packaging materials, production constraints, and food safety standards.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Mobility: Ability to travel across the UAE for client meetings and market development activities.
