Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Sales Staff who are fluent in Arabic to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can handle sales activities for our vehicle inventory and develop new business networks for management review. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, collecting market insights, and providing strategic recommendations based on customer trends. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Automotive Sales and a passion for building customer relationships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales activities for the company’s vehicle inventory through existing and new channels across the UAE.
- Consistently achieve individual and team-based sales targets to meet management growth standards.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and marketing departments regarding lead generation, customer inquiries, and ongoing promotional training.
- Analyze market insights, including competitor activity and customer trends, to support informed business decisions.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to stay informed about product specifications, pricing, and promotional offers.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Sales or a relevant academic discipline.
- Fluency in Arabic is essential (native speakers are highly preferred) for effective client communication.
- Proven professional experience within the sales industry, preferably in the UAE automotive sector.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license to facilitate vehicle viewings and client meetings.
- Strong background in management of sales networks, client inquiries, and market condition analysis.
- Professional background in education or training regarding automotive product specifications and relationship management.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven business environment.
