Job Description:
Emirates Specialities Co. L.L.C (ESCO) is currently hiring a skilled and results-driven Salesperson to join its Tools & Equipment Division at the Dubai branch. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on industry experience and a strong passion for technical sales within a competitive industrial market. You will be responsible for promoting high-performance power tools and equipment, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining long-term client relationships. We are looking for an energetic individual who can combine a Mechanical Engineering mindset with a persuasive sales approach to achieve and exceed targets. This is a field-active role that requires a professional demeanor and a commitment to representing the ESCO brand with excellence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a wide range of power tools and industrial equipment to contractors and industrial clients across the UAE.
- Identify and develop new business leads through site visits, cold calling, and market research.
- Provide technical demonstrations and expert advice to clients, ensuring the right equipment is selected for their specific engineering needs.
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and technical proposals to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals in alignment with company management objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities within the tools market.
- Coordinate with the Human Resources team for ongoing product training and safety certifications.
- Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM software to track sales performance and manage client databases.
🔹 Requirements:
- Technical educational background, ideally a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience working within the power tools or related industrial equipment sector.
- Strong history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a professional environment.
- Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory to support client visits and field activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
- Energetic, self-motivated personality with a disciplined approach to field sales.
- Ability to translate technical product features into valuable solutions for the client.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales reporting tools.
